The driving licence category A2 allows you to drive motorcycles without a sidecar with an engine power up to 35 kW. Scooters and motorcycles
The second stage of motorcycle license is the driving licence category A2. This permits you to operate mopeds and small motorcycles of up to 50cc. This class allows you to gradually increase the horsepower of your vehicle and fantasize about larger engines. The test is more challenging and requires more understanding.
The category A2 driver's license is valid until the age of 24. It can be used in conjunction with a car driving licence category A1 or as a part of a provisional category B driver's license. If you're over 24 years old, you require a full category A driving licence to operate motorcycles that have more than 35 kW.
You can obtain an A1 group driving license at the age of 16 (in Denmark and Malta, 15 and in Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia, egzamin na prawo Jazdy kat b 14). Motor vehicles with 4 wheels

Motor vehicles with 5 or more wheels
This includes motorized vehicles that are designed for use on a road and for transport of passengers or goods. They must have at least two or three wheels in contact with the ground, a seat or saddle for the driver and passenger, and the ability to produce speeds of 20 miles per hour or more. These vehicles are usually equipped with a steering wheel and brakes. They can also be steered and travelled in reverse. In some cases, the hood of these vehicles may be opened. This designation was historically used for trucks (vans minivans, minivans, pickups and sport utility vehicles) and buses that hold 16 or greater passengers. However, a distinct set of federal requirements that govern uniform licensing standards for commercial vehicle drivers follows a slightly different definition that excludes vehicles with gross weight ratings of more than 26,001 pounds.
The category A2 driving licence can also be used for driving moped, motorized cycle or motorcycle. Motor vehicles that have trailers
The category A2 is comprised of motorized vehicles with trailers. These are not vehicles pulled by drivers, but are pulled by larger vehicles like cars. The maximum mass that can be authorized (MAM) for this class is 8,250kg.
To drive vehicles in this category, you must have completed the theory test for category A1 or have obtained a driver's license through direct entry. Based on the type of vehicle you are interested in, you may have to pass a test of practical test before you can drive it.
The license you get for category A2 is valid for three years from the date you take your theory test. You must renew it before the expiry date to keep it in effect.
In addition to the categories above, you can also obtain a license to drive other vehicles with special requirements.
