Driving License Category A2
The A2 category of driving license allows you to operate motorcycles without sidecars, with the maximum engine output of 35 kW. The power/weight ratio of the motorcycle must not exceed 0.2 kW/kg.
The step-bystep procedure for this driving license permits you to make your small motorcycle driving licence earlier and then gradually move up to higher engine power with the A2 licence.
Scooters and motorcycles
The second level of motorcycle licence is the driving licence category A2. This permits you to operate mopeds and small bikes up to 50cc. The goal of the class is to allow you to slowly ascend the ladder of engine power, and then ponder the possibility of a bigger one. The test is slightly more difficult than the first category, and you will need to take more theoretical classes for it.
The category A2 driver's license is valid up to the age of 24. It can be used in conjunction alongside a car driving licence category A1 or as a part of a provisional category B driver's license. If you are older than 24 years old, however, the full category B driving licence is required to operate motorcycles that exceed 35 kW.
You can get your group A1 permit at 16 years old (in Denmark, Malta, and Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic as well as in Germany, Hungary, Iceland and in the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Italy and Poland). Once you are over 16, you need to pass the motorbike test under the category A2. You need to pass this test before the age of 18. Then, after two years, you are able to change to the category A.
After passing the test in category A2, you will be allowed to drive a motorcycle, with or without sidecar, and vehicles with up to 35 kW of power. The vehicles must also have a power/weight ratio of not greater than 0.2 kg/kW and must not be made from a vehicle with twice the maximum power.
If you've passed the two-part examination for a moped or motorcycle of a lower category from the 1st July 1996, you may bypass the theory test and take only the practical test. You can ride a smaller moped or scooter that has L plates, or obtain the new AM licence that allows you to ride 50cc bikes with a maximum speed of 45mph. The

Motor vehicles with 4 wheels
This category covers all motor vehicles with four wheels that are not passenger cars or buses. This category also includes utility vehicles such as pickups vans, panels and pickups. Also included are campers, motor homes and lorries. This category also includes vehicles like hearses, ambulances and carryalls which are designed to accommodate more than eight passengers or have a maximum permissible mass of 500 kg. Drivers with an A1 licence are permitted to drive vehicles of this type with trailers that have an authorized maximum weight of up to 775kg.
You must have passed the theory test to be able to drive a car in this category. To do this, you have to attend a total of 12 lessons lasting 90 minutes of the base material and an additional 4 lessons of 90 minutes each for the additional (category A2). The theory tests have a pass mark of 70%.
If you pass the theory test, you will be required to take a driving test on private land and on public roads. After you have passed both of these tests, you will receive the request for a driver's license. This request must be presented to the local authorities three years after passing your practical test.

In some countries, if you've held an A1 licence for two years, you will not need to pass another driving test in order to get a category A2 licence that permits you to drive motorcycles up to 35 kW. This lets you get familiar with less powerful two-wheelers before upgrading to more powerful machines.
If you have a driver's licence of category A2, you can use a tricycle so long as it has an engine capacity of 125cc, and an output power of 11kW. This category was earlier part of the A licence. Drivers who were issued a full category B licence before 19 January 2013 were entitled to use mopeds too and retain this right.
Motor vehicles with five or more wheels
This category includes vehicles powered by electricity that are designed to be used on roads and are used for the transportation of goods or passengers. They must have at minimum two or three wheels that are in contact with the ground, a seat or saddle for the driver and passenger, and the ability to produce speeds of 20 miles per hour or more. These vehicles are usually equipped with a steering wheel as well as brakes. They also have the capability to be controlled in a normal direction and

This designation was historically used for trucks (vans minivans, minivans, panel, pickups as well as sport utility vehicles) and buses that hold at least 16 passengers. A slightly different definition is used by an additional federal requirement that sets uniform licensing standards for commercial vehicle drivers. This definition excludes vehicles with a weight of 26,001 pounds gross weight or more.
The category A2 driving licence can also be used for driving moped, motorized cycle or motorcycle. This type of driving license is only valid for motors that have the maximum cylinder volume of 125 cubic centimeters, or a maximum power of 15 Kilowatts. It can also be used to drive motor tricycles. Some people decide to get an operator's license. This is applicable to vehicles with up to 8 seats and a maximum mass of 3,500kg. Drivers who have an operator license are also allowed to tow trailers that weigh up to 750kg MAM. They can also drive a tractor or construction equipment with a trailer that weighs up to 3,500kg MAM.
As the designs of different types of three- and two-wheeled vehicles continue to evolve, it is important that NHTSA keep its guidance up to date. Manufacturers, importers, and import specialists often seek agency interpretations of the proper classification of their vehicles. As a result, NHTSA has created a variety of guidelines to determine the classification of these vehicles. These guidelines include:
Motor vehicles that have trailers
Category A2 comprises motor
prawo jazdy c+E vehicles with trailers. These are not vehicles that are pulled by the driver, but rather are towed behind larger vehicles such as cars. For instance an tractor pulling trailers would fall into this category, as well as small trucks made to carry loads, such as those used by painters or plumbers to carry tools and supplies to a work site. You must pass the theory test of category A1 or possess an entry-level driving license to drive vehicles in this class. Based on the kind of vehicle you are interested in, you may need to pass a practical test before you are able to drive it.
The license you receive for Category A2 is valid for three years, starting from the date you successfully pass your theory exam. You must renew it before the expiry date to ensure it remains in effect.
In addition to the categories listed above, you may also be granted a driving license for other vehicles that meet certain requirements. For instance, you require an additional license to operate a large goods vehicle, which is classified as category C. This requires a knowledge of special regulations that govern the transport of dangerous items.
The code 96 is added to your driving licence category B when you have passed both the theory and practical test, but your vehicle and trailer aren't eligible for a category C license. Code 96 is added to your licence for category B drivers licences after you have completed your theory test and practical test however, your trailer and vehicle don't qualify for a category C licence under the norms.
You must hold a driving license in category B at least for two years and pass both a theory and a practical test. You should also have taken an exclusive course and received additional training in order to be eligible for this. This course is known as a driver's education course.
